UGC and CGC Content

UGC or ‘User Generated Content’ is one of the best forms of driving both awareness and intent to purchase. It typically involves hiring a social media user to create content that is then posted online, and can be re-used by your channels in organic and/or paid mediums. CGC on the other hand involves scripting the content that the creator makes to have greater brand control. This content is typically only posted by the brand.
